Rugby Romance Hits Inspirit Art Gallery
What happens when American tourists arrive in Cambridge?
It’s not very often sport and art collide. But at an exclusive event held at Tamahere’s Inspirit Art Gallery, a gathering of American Rugby Romance Readers enjoyed chatting to former NZ Rugby All Black, Alistair Scown.
Curator of Inspirit Art Gallery, Jenny Scown, arranged for her Uncle Alistair to reminisce about his All Black touring past. Antics off the field were as entertaining as the action on the field for the keen tourists visiting NZ for an indulgent 21 days.
My books are also available at Inspirit Art Gallery, and I chatted with interested readers and sold a few too! They signed up for my NewsBlog, to get the lasts updates. https://nickywebber.com
Everyone enjoyed the afternoon visit to the expansive purpose-built Gallery with its incredible combination of renowned NZ art, garden sculpture, ceramics, jewellery, photography, prints native timber furniture, and woodcraft.
A delightful way to relax and indulge in beautiful art and wander through the adjoining sculpture garden. Find out more at http://www.inspirit.co.nz/page/5-Welcome
Tour Guide Sharron Hickman from Exclusive tours arranged the gallery visit as a surprise for the excited tourists as they travelled through the Waikato.
